You will also need your booking confirmation (in print or on your mobile phone) and the agreed payment method if there is any outstanding balance.

At Chinitas Santos, there are two rate types, each with its own cancellation policy:

Flexible rate: The reservation will be charged in full 3 days before arrival for direct bookings, or 5 days before arrival if made through an agency. 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Non-refundable rate: The full amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. This rate is linked to a discount and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. If cancelled at any time, a charge of 100% of the booking amount will apply.

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your dates.

Please note that any changes are handled in accordance with the rate originally booked: non-refundable rates do not allow date changes free of charge.
